Mr. Boorom is the founder of Worth Capital, LLC and Worth Investment Group, LLC, a $100 million annual revenue holding company. During the past twelve years of leading the Company and several of the underlying subsidiaries, Mr. Boorom has diligently worked to expand the Company with a focus on sustainable growth in valuations, performing add-on acquisitions to existing Portfolio Companies and leading the sale of Energy Systems to Generac Power Systems, (NYSE – GNRC). Mr. Boorom was the recipient of the 2017 Thomas Edison Award through Qualite Sports Lighting, for the development of Qualite Sports Lighting’s Q-LED GameChanger system, for the most innovative sports product in the world. Mr. Boorom has also led the transaction life cycle of every Worth Investment Group subsidiary acquisition, including merger and acquisition strategy, target screening, due diligence, transaction execution and operations integration. Eric now oversees operations at Cascata Holdings.

Prior to forming Worth, Mr. Boorom worked as a team member in the Special Assignments group at The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, the second largest bank in the world at the time, and as a credit analyst at ABN-AMRO/LaSalle National Bank, one of the world’s largest banks headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Boorom’s responsibilities at both the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and ABN-AMBRO/LaSalle National Bank included debt recapitalization, operational reengineering, turnaround financing, workout and bankruptcy transactions, real estate financing, enterprise value transactions (cash-flow based financing), mergers, acquisitions, cross-border financing and the issuance/ procurement of subordinated debt, bonds, and equity.

In addition, Mr. Boorom has provided expert testimony on business valuations and marketability in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Boorom is an active member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Association for Investment Management and Research (AIMR), Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals (ACTP), INSOL International and the Seaplanes Pilot Association. Mr. Boorom earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University.

Marci joined Worth Holdings in 2012 with more than 18 years of human resource, sales, payroll and leadership experience. Marci manages each subsidiary’s human resources department by assisting in the planning and forecasting of future hiring and recruiting needs, employee benefits, managing special projects and events and overseeing employee relations.

Prior to joining Worth Holdings, Marci was an Executive Director for a career college in Jackson Michigan as well as Director of Human Resources for a large manufacturing company in the Detroit Area.

Dan Watts is the Managing Director at Cascata Holdings. Mr. Watts joined the team in 2025 to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of Cascata and its locations. Mr. Watts brings with him over 20 years of hands-on water treatment experience.

In addition, Mr. Watts currently serves as President of Tri-County Water Conditioning Inc, a company his grandfather founded in 1966. Through the leadership of Mr. Watts, Tri-County Water Conditioning Inc has become one of the most successful EcoWater Systems dealers in North America.

Mr. Watts earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Sales & Business Marketing from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. Mr. Watts currently resides in Jackson, Michigan where he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children and golfing in his free time.

Heather Jeffrey is the Marketing/Sales Manager for Worth. She joined the Worth team in 2017 and brought with her two decades of marketing, management and sales experience. Prior to joining our team, she owned and operated her own successful marketing/sales support company.

Prior to that, for 18 years, she served as the Executive Editor of two daily newspapers, two total market coverage publications and four weekly newspapers in Michigan. Heather specializes in leading our marketing efforts and customer service teams, with a special emphasis on inside sales.

Daniel Cortez is the Vice President of Business Development for Worth Capital. Mr. Cortez joined the team in 2023 bringing with him 10 years of sales and customer service experience. His primary function is to raise capital and maintain investor relations for Worth Capital and its subsidiaries. Mr. Cortez maintains investor relations with his knowledge of the market and economy and with his positive, friendly, teacher-like personality.

Mr. Cortez previously worked at CNL Securities Corp. where he was part of the distribution team providing alternative investment solutions to financial advisors and their clients. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Professional Sales. Mr. Cortez was born in New York, but has been based out of Orlando, Florida for the past 23 years.

Mr. Cortez will assist in Cascata Holdings by providing his expertise in developing strategy and growing sales. His unique background makes him the best bet for taking Cascata to business success.

Prior to joining Worth Investment Group, LLC Elizabeth was a Managing Partner with Qualis Capital LLC where she was an integral part of the build and development of creating an alternative investment platform designed for Registered Investment Advisors, Family Offices, and the Broker Dealer channels in the US.

As a Director of Capital Development with Virtus Real Estate Capital, she was responsible for managing and expanding new and existing relationships within the Registered Investment Advisor, Family Office, and Broker Dealer channels in the Central US.

Elizabeth has over 18 years of experience in financial services, and prior to joining Virtus in 2015, Elizabeth held roles with Fidelity Institutional Wealth Services, Charles Schwab Advisor Services, and Ameriprise Financial.
Elizabeth received her B.S. in Economics from Florida State University. She holds the Series 7, 66 and 9/10 licenses.
